In a normal monkey troop there is also a food hierarchy. The oldest first and the youngest last and only the leftovers. If the young animals violate this, they will be disciplined by the other monkeys and can even be killed. And that's why their mothers take food out of their mouths. But this is a group of former pets so this rule doesn't apply. And that's why libbi can easily give him food without disturbing the other monkeys

This poor group really doesn’t have any natural behaviors, they lost them being pets. When abandoned those behaviors slowly come back but the VOs are giving them crap to eat, abusing and tease them with food or poking them with sticks. There is no milk that grows in the forest or cakes and candy, if you want to watch them in nature then these are the wrong channels to watch. Find a channel like vervet foundation or Monkey World or the snow monkeys of Japan. Monkeys are wild animals and they are not meant to be pets.
