This tiny house is gorgeous‼️ It is tiny but spacious. It has a good sized (comfortable) sofa - which is lacking in most tiny homes. The video photography is really nice, and the music is beautiful and relaxing. ☺️

As an interior designer, they did a great job in many respects... Love that they did both a ventless fireplace under the TV, as that setting def'ly requires one... I would have done a neutral or tobacco toned sectional and used colorful pillows instead of the reverse, would have painted the upper "wood-fence" look railings to match walls and ceiling as the stained wood really breaks the open, airy feel. Also doing this drawers your eye to your nicer wood accents, ie: floors + stair rails, etc. I really love the MBR, storage, etc... Great use of space...In a different, more contemporary setting, you can use mirrored closet doors instead of the barn door look...All depends on the look you want... And outdoor gathering house is a wonderful addition to any residence there... I attended Camp Nakanawa not far from this area, and it reminds me so much of that GREAT all-girls camp -- the beautiful octagonal outdoor kiosk meeting hall, the wooden cabins and Dining Hall and, of course, the beautiful scenery!!! Thumbs up!

It drives me nuts! You sit and stare at pillows on the couch or a container of kitchen utensils forever and saying to yourself I wish they’d show the bathroom!’

Doesn’t look like a person could stand up in the bedroom, if so that would get tiring fast having to crawl everyday to go to bed and then make it up again. If built on location the ceiling height could be higher, but if towed in well that might be why it’s so low. Other than that it’s seems like a comfortable home.

Tiny homes are a passing fad. They cost twice as much per square foot as traditional frame homes and the novelty of being able to touch both walls at once will wear off quickly.

I think you're right. Plus tiny homes technically are R.V.'s-- motor vehicles! And you know that a car begins to depreciate as soon as it's driven off the sales lot! It's also probably hard to sell a tiny home because their design is so petsonal, more so than a conventional house or condo. And something else-- tiny homes wear out and get dirty and grimy much faster than conventional residences. I know this because my family had a huge luxury R.V. for a while, and try as we may, that thing looked like a hunk of dirty, grimy, junk after two years!🤔😯😖😝 Plus, it drank gasoline like a drunken sailor!🚞⛽🛣🤑😲😤😭😠💔

Yep, I have a 980sq ft log cabin on five acres - all woods, like this here. Alot of work with leaves, constantly picking up sticks, raking, also hurricane area (eastern VA). What kept catching my eye was all the places snakes would love, had them occasionally slither across the yard. It's quiet and it's beautiful but has it's drawbacks.

Get double or triple paned, low-e glass. Low-e refers to the heat transmissability of the glas, ie. will the glass allow summer heat to come inside the home and warmth inside the tiny home to travel through the windows to the outside in the winter.🤗☀🌄🏜/🌬🌨❄⛄🏔🏡

I'm glad they put this video out to show that there are tiny home properties that you can buy the home and the Land. I saw the info in the description Link and did more research typing in Retreat TN and found the Falls Community and they have others as well. I was watching incredible tiny homes but they only rent. But their homes are mobile as well. And they show all the details of what it takes to make these homes and Community. I'd be I interested in both and to keep looking to find many more communities like this and for various dwellings. They are out there all over but just need to stumble upon finding them just like this one.
