Why to roll and why to break. Idiotic paratha. Those who eat maida be careful since it has no fibre and only gluten and starch. In abroad maida is not used. They use various seed flakes in breads.

It is the uniqueness of the Paratha how it is made , it gives a texture and character to the Paratha. I found it absolutely tasteless on it's own. I ate it with aloo chana , that was it was good. Yes, totally agree with you on the fact that maida is devoid of any food value.
