@ 6:30 that's the exact bike I have. Sat in shed for 9 years just got around to getting it up and running. Faster than I ever thought it'd be for sure. Edit: for people who don't want to buy a new battery (incase it's not worth fixing up) an 18v lithium Black &Decker battery works mint. Temporarily of course 😉😉

they are sick . Lot of work there. back in the day, the'60's, we would put chainsaw engines on mini-choppers. Radical! Nitro-methane and methanol fuel mixture. Hot little choppers!!!

That bike at the 5:00 mark has the worst possible spot for the exhaust. Its aimed right at the riders NUTS! The dude that took off on the bike at the 10:00 mark was never seen again...that happens when you put the foot pegs and brakes on the front end, the front end where you steer! The pegs are where you apply pressure for handling. Its so low to the ground that 1 good "Huck a buck", and with foot on the front end, makes a Peron dissapear! Lmao

I think you're confusing the crankcase filter with the exhaust. From what I see the exhaust loops down and exits below the air filter on the left side.

What is the purpose of the open back fender other than to spray the back of the rider with dirt and debris and to possibly hurt and do damage to them? I like the MINI CHOPPER theme but don't make it something that will be bad for the rider on down the road. That open rear fender is totally stupid. Why not just take it off altogether, the purpose of the fender is to protect and the open design is the same as not having a fender at all.

Not sure about your state. But where I live. If you build one just keep all your receipts for the mini chopper build. Do some paperwork at BMV. State highway patrol inspects it. Will give it a VIN, and you can go get title tags etc. It's a bit of a process but worth it to some.

Colorado you can ride mini bikes under 50cc with just basic liability insurance no license but you have to have stickers 9n them from the city county bldg. As long as is 49cc but under 50cc and no highway but you can ride in city limits ,we have a lot of mini bike riders here in Colorado springs CO.

The most I've seen them for especially the one the bucktooth Gilligan was on go for about 3,999 ,bikes under 50cc are usually under 1,000 right around 5 to 700 range,I'm building my own from scratch and the engine from Amazon prime will run me under $200 and $50 or so for grips with turn signal built into them but I'm going with a taller and wider rear tire, oh and you can download mini chopper frame plans for free just look up free mini chopper pdf's download and print, and for 99 to $200 on Amazon prime you'll need a 90 to 140 amp or better portable fluxcore mig welder mines turning out great

Anyone have an idea as to cost or location for a mini chopper like the 1st bike on here I have alwayse wanted a sick chopper but I am only 5ft4 and about 165 so most of the bikes I like are way to big and it's just dangerous I want a bike with real hp not some 49cc mini bike but a serious motorcycle but smaller in scale I would rather people laugh about the little bike that is until they hear the bike start up and suddenly it ain't a toy as apposed to being on a big ass bike I have no business being on and dropping it or worse because I don't have complete control of the machine it gets squirley I am S. O. L ...anyhow I appreciate your time
