PS: I watched it five times already. 😬😅 I was late on the live premiere. Gorgeous home. I usually see this type of home in South florida, California and Las Vegas. Detail wise, I am grooving to the floating open shelving and the wrap around countertop. The sheen cabinetry is magnificent and not forgetting the view as well. Nice new type of home from your channel. 👍

@@HeartandHomeOrlando I LOVED the wooden wall with the TV AND the white wood vertical wood slated wall feature! The whole thing was fabulous! My husband just said the other day that if builders started building homes with the mid century modern look, people would buy them like crazy! It's a style that's making it's way back!

Beautiful home. I thought at first by the elevation it was a 2 story. But the 1 story 17 ft ceilings nice. The floating shelves in the kitchen are nice , but don’t care for open shelving because that will require frequent dusting. 😩. I guess the cabinets wrapped around the corner are ok and definitely needed but it’s a bit unusual. Lovely layout and outdoor space. I can’t wait to make this transition in a few years.

I think it looks great for the style, but I'm not sure I have the organizational discipline to not have upper cabinets! The good news is that this is a custom builder... so if they built one for you, you could do the cabinets however you like!

I think the kitchen feels unfinished because there is no hood/vent over the cooktop.

This is a custom build, so there isn't really a production floor plan of this one. To build a home like this in Winter Garden would likely be over a million plus the cost of the lot.
