@@OurFamilyPrays538 When I'm not building homes, one of my hobbies is building arcade games. I built that bowling alley and the pin setter a couple of years ago. It is have scale in width, 1/3 scale in length, and the balls and pins are half the diameter/height. The bowling lane idea came about seeing other KZbin videos of DIY. The manual pin setter, however, is my own unique design. There are professionally made ones with automatic pin setters online for $30,000 if you look. Good luck in your search!

I think this may be my new favorite. Thank you Tim for touring this home to show us. I love love love that whole first floor. I know the basement is a good entertainment space but I would make some changes for personal preferences. And the fireplace outside I would definitely make it double sided and screen-in sections of it. Very nice. ❤

I have to say I really like the staircase to the basement. It’s not in the middle of the house; it’s out of the way. But it’s still open & not closed and dark, like you are descending into a cellar. My brother has the same feature in his house and it’s a great design.

What a great home. The finishes are very well thought out. I love the varied ceiling heights, keeps the interest up. The coffee station outside the principle bedroom is a nice touch; get that coffee first thing! The basement is incredible and I love that they left the ceiling open and just sprayed it flat black. Very industrial touch, but it also gives the illusion of additional ceiling height. Very well done, all around.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place. My favorite parts are the brick accent walls throughout, back porch, shelves in the island, all of the built-ins throughout, floating shelves, & the WIC in the master bedroom, as well as the master bathroom, the stone wall surrounding the tub. Also, the vaulted ceiling throughout.

Timothy, you have shown a many homes, but this has to be my favorite, I thought the other home 🏡🏡 was a great home. But this one, has to be magnificent!! Its has everything that you want and need. Whoever designed this, was a Pure Genius!! I find nothing wrong with this house 🏠🏡!! The price is reasonable, the Bedrooms and Bathrooms are stunning, The Kitchen is wide open and spacious. The Laundry Room is great. The Basement is really awesome 👍😎!! Even the garages are extremely elegant. I can see why its everyone's favorite place to stay. What a dynamic house. Stunning finishes! Personally, I would prefer a 3rd bedroom on the main floor. The wet bar before the master bedroom, and the extra storage spaces to the right of the kitchen are interesting, but wasted space in my opinion. Thank you for taking the 10-hour drive to show this one.

That house has got it going on. The kitchen is awesome, and the walk-in pantry w/ the freezer, that is a genius idea. The basement is off the hook, w/ the game room and the theater room, as well as the gym. The whole thing rocks it.

Beautiful home with the kinda things I love with those ceiling beams and the cabinets in the kitchen etc.... Just beautiful and the Wood tones and the dry stack stone front fireplace and accent wall in the 1/2 bath and the brick accent wall, all very tastefully done and gives you a welcoming feeling and not a cold sterile unwelcoming vibe. I don't need a home this large but would want to see a smaller home built by this builder. Please see if the builder has other homes that are scaled down in size and tour those.

I Love 💕 this Home 🏠 i would only make snall changes in adding wooden accent walls. The exterior i eould do yellow pine knoted. The interior i would double the bedroom, living, office, and kitchen space. Adding third bedroom to the main floor. Great Game Room! 🎮 👾🔅

This is a great home. Gone are the overused black/white colors. The place looks inviting for family & friends to enjoy each other's company. Yes, there are a few changes I'd make if it were my home but they are minor. My grandkids would love the basement. I like this home.

I love this home. I would make the two smaller rooms bigger, though, and I'd put in a total of two stoves. The living room on the main floor I would want bigger for get togethers, room for a Christmas tree, more seating.
