I really like these homes and I take "indestructable" to mean that it can handle any weather. If it is bullet proof, it will also be able to withstand a certain amount of blast wave, but not a direct hit of course. It's expensive because it's precast concrete start to finish. If you want cheaper check out the Tesla house. Thanks Terry! I like the idea of precast concrete shells and the ability to add on more living spaces, allowing people to avoid huge bank loans and build as they can afford. I wish companies would build more precast stuff, like concrete A-frames that can be shipped in sections.Hope this company expands its offering to include hallways so that all additions don't have to open onto the original space. I've investigated several companies that build concrete walls on site, but all seem to omit showing the final finishing step in their videos. Since walls are finished in the standing position, the exterior texture is messy. Creating a nice looking finished shell or precast walls makes a lot more sense. I do wish they could be combined to make larger structures, but maybe that will be in the works. After Maui, concrete and blue roofs make a lot of sense.

people have to stop pushing this type of thing when the price of something so small is going to cost you waaay way more than buying a house plus land equal to the price of these small over priced shed boxes. If someone really wanted something like this just buy metal 2x4 studs and have someone build you it and it would be the same thing at a hell of a-lot cheaper for the same exact size you are going to buy something like that or even making a shipping container house where you buy one then you end up cutting it all down to then have to rebuild the structure inside again, seriously study what it takes to make one from people who have already done so and you will find out its way over priced and you will get stuck with a money pit and in the end you will only regret all you payed for the such small thing no land included or anything. But hey these are only popularized by the rich who want to make it cool to have something like this when in reality we all know they have huge mansions besides that tiny house.
