Greg: "A fair bit of lightpollution". Me as a Dutch guy: "🤔". Hahaha. Great adventure of you two again! Astrophotogs love dead trees. Its true.

Beautiful panorama of the dead trees with the Milky way arch in the background. Great composition and a very clean composite. The music selected for the last part of the video to present the final result is a perfect match. Well done

Brilliant as usual, Greg. I really like the use of the music towards the end, reaching the peak as you get to the startrails. What a fantatsic location, though what a pity about the reducing water levels.
@GrowPhotography7 ай бұрын
Thanks Nik, the water levels are a bit of a worry, hopefully we'll get some rain soon. I spend quite a bit of time picking and coordinating the music - glad you enjoyed it.

Had to chuckle at Jeroen’s light pollution comment!! Fantastic video, Greg - great memory of a beautiful location with awesome skies. You guys definitely have a great collection of photogenic, dead trees!! Looking forward to the aurora chase (can we call it a chase when it was such a gift?)!

Haha, yes I need to stop looking the gift horse in mouth 🐴😂. The only chase we had was trying to find a location away from the crowds.

Fantastic video Greg and superb images. Stirling Dam really is a great location....the light pollution is most likely coming from the Worsley Alumina mine about 15km south of the dam as well as Collie another 15km SE of that
