This weekend I was inspired by your spotting videos to play more light tanks. In a 20 battle light tank session I went 5-15 and averaged about 300 spotting per battle. I finally rage quit after finally getting Prokhorovka, only to be YOLO spotted by a clown car and insta-killed. Gotta love that.....

I've visited the Normandy battlefields and in the Bocage field system you certainly have limited visual range so the game reflects this quite well. Great video again CK.

Great match and well played. Downside for light tanks on this map - difficult to get much spotting damage bc the TOP-OG-GRAPHY. Upside - you can carry games bc the TOP-OG-GRAPHY. I've carried numerous games in a LT on this map bc you can shoot and scoot into cover and then a bush so quickly.

Rule #1 of this map is that like in real life, the beach is a trap you need to not want to be on. Anything that does make it all the way to the other side gets there by the end of the match and is easily dealt with trying to get back up that steep hill.

Hey Claus, On 7 April you did a piece on game riggers 3 of which all had the _KOZAK_ in there REAL names. I had seen that name (_KOZAK_) listed in the top 10 names of clans in skirmishes. So I dropped them a line and asked the clan boss about this. I waited for an answer and never received a reply. So today I checked again and they either blocked me or changed their name! I know you said it was the EU server and I'm on NA but all it takes is a VPN to change to the EU. I've been putting this info in the general chat too we have to make this a public hanging before WOT will do anything!

The other reason for low spotting is that most of the high HP tanks like HTs goes to the beach where there is no bush really to hide in.

If you do a video on Prok, the bushes on the hill at G9 are great for spotting, if you're a fast small tank...

Really like this series, Klaus. These are great for initial spots, maybe you can expand into great mid/late game spotting locations and/or when to move from initial locations to more advanced locations.

I like how the meta have changed towards tank-loadouts that try to compensate for the shortcomings of the tank. It used to be more a game of enhancing the strongsides, and just accept the tank couldnt do this or that

the reason this is the highest spotting game on this map is, that usually you don't upload a 7k spotting game, so, it is the highest uploaded;) yes you don't get 10k+ on this map, but it is still at least an ok light map.

There is many maps when spoting is useless when you play Light tanks. I have 2 setups, one for spotting and one for damage.

Commanders vision really wrecks the game mechanics especially if you like tier 7 lights. Not sure why they though that was a good idea Limiting arta has had its effects on light tank game play and you have to adjust your gameplay to light corridors that actually have fire lanes your team can use. Can't light for indirect fire like we used to. Trick with this map is to be there for the end game and not give up xp early.

I try to use the OP positions, but i never get that spotting or damage as in these selected battles, it seems the program adopts to those OP positions and arranges rigged battles against me. There must be bots used, otherwise you cannot control battles in the way they happen.

I will put it this way 99% of those that play Overlord Follow the leader BEACH which needs sealed off the Farmland near the 0 line out east needs open up OR ( Behind both bases) but seal off the beach......... almost 100% of my matches on that map is lost.. NEVER GO BEACH ITS CALLED OVER WATCH. SHOT DOWN......You do that 100% of the time the enemy will lose........thats what i do and get 4 kills
