The wailing is truly haunting it's one of those that stays with you forever. It's also impossible to say what genre it is as it changes so much during the movie. Inside and Frontiers are also great but very different from The Wailing, much more gore in those two. I have the Second Sight versions of those and High Tension and they're very good quality, hopefully they release Martyrs as well soon. I have that exorcist set too. Second Sight are releasing Possessor in March so I'll probably get that when it comes out. I was surprised there are some movies I've seen that you haven't, I thought you'd seen everything.

Hi John you've just evoked a whirlpool of memories for me. When I was a young chap I did a bit of barwork at a local sadly now defunct social club here in town. I think they had some sort of financial arrangement with federation and were supplied by them. The best bitter didn't come in barrels but was a big tank and used to get refilled by being pumped from the delivery wagon. I was rather partial to a drop of fed export the stronger ale. We kept them cans of Ace lager in the cellar people would buy them if they were getting a carry out. I remember one bloke who was an absolute arse would regularly buy them to take home. I'd be in the cellar shaking hell out of them so they'd explode in his face when he opened them 😅😅 great times. I'll watch the actual movie bit now ❤

🤩🤩 that's a cracking story Roy that's it Fed and LCL it was like rocket fuel compared to ACE 🤮🤮🤮🤣🤣🤣 would love to see him open those cans!! They taste awful at the best of times, never mind when they are flat!!! LCL and Fed was really tasty you're right Roy, however ACE is a different story!! ACE is actually short for Equine effluent water!! 🤣🤣🤣👌👌👌👌

I remember Split Second, I watched it in the cinema back in the 90s, a very good film, John. I love the steelbook to Poss, great colour scheme. Some really nice gifts John.

Another fantastic video of un-boxing with an extra "Wow" factor ! 😲 Simply brilliant. I'd love to know how the Werewolf movie "Late Phases" is when you get around to watching. It's long overdue someone came up with a good one since American Werewolf, although I did enjoy "Dog Soldiers" but even that is old now. I got 3 dvd's arrived in the post you recommended > " The Wedding Ringer" - "Violent Night" - & "SISU" so I will be having a great time watching those and knowing they are gonna be really good. Some great stuff there - what a nice package to receive. I watched late phases a year or two ago on amazon prime and it really surprised me. I've had my eye on the 4k of possessor but its a bit pricey and that is a bit of an effed up film. Inside is messy and I've been meaning to watch Frontier(s). I picked up the special edition of High Tension this week along with a few 4k bargains.

Late Phases is very good, the same actor that's in Stakeland, Frontiers is another one i haven't watched. Split second is really good, another one i need to grab, That Exorcist set looks very nice mate.

Thanks for telling about these films. I am a big fan of the exorcist. Great story and horror all in one. It mentioned ADHD which is very rare in horror film. ADHD is a conditions I really suffer with need medication to keep me sane. Good hunting will starring Matt Damon I consider to be good as the exorcist with out the horror element.
