Amazing! Pies made by a pastry chef who is passionate about sweets are both beautiful and tasty!

The owner, Mr. Kaneishi, is a patissier who is passionate about baked goods that bring out the true flavor of the ingredients, and his store is filled with his skills and sensitivity.
The apple pie in the video is only available in winter, and it was impressive to see him enjoying it while appreciating the beauty and aroma of the ingredients. He is particular about boiling down the apples and braiding the dough into braids. He makes sure that each sweet is well drained so that the moderate tartness of the apples and the crispy dough are exquisite, and the adult apple pie, which I have never tasted before, is superb.
The madeleines are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with a rich buttery flavor that fills the mouth.
The baked sweets sold in the store are recommended to be eaten immediately after purchase! The aroma and touch of freshly baked goods are a special taste that can only be saved for a few hours before expiration.

I do something different with my apple peals…they go in lemon water. Then drain most of the water, add sugar and cinnamon (if you want). Boil until the soft ball stage. The result is apple jelly (which is canned in little jars). You can create several flavors,too.
