I lived in Tyrol (Austria) from 2016 to 2018... this Antonovs, especially the AN22, where regular guests flying high in the sky from north to south, and many many different other Antonovs, making this awsome noise over the mountains :-) what a great catch and video !!! TOP

In Germany is an Antonov An-22 Prototype in the Technik Museum Speyer. Probably the only Aircraft, except the C-160 Transall, that landed on the little airport near the museum. On this little airport usually landing ultralight aircraft.

The AN-22 is currently the largest prop but the largest massed produced prop of all time was the B-36 and the largest prop of time was the Spruce Goose; a flying boat. Those props might be much larger than most jets but the biggest jet, the AN-225 is larger than the Spruce Goose. So jets overall are still much larger than props and many folks tell me that propeller planes are bigger than jet planes, that's not true. Even the AN-22, the world's largest prop is still smaller than the 777-200F. Great footage by the way, keep up the good work!

that largest propeller plane flew over my valley at i guess 10000-20000 feet before landing at leipzig, that thing was craazy loud! sadly i couldnt see it because of clouds and nighttime. only on flightradar
