Ingredient :
Potatoes : 550 G.
Corn Starch : 2 Tbsp.
Cheese Powder : 1 Tbsp
Paprika : 1 tsp.
Salt : 1 tsp.
Cooking oil, water...
*Tip*
* Wash and soak potatoes in salt water
* Cut potatoes into sticks or bars
* Boil with water and 1 teaspoon salt for 3 minutes
* Take out and soak in cold water for 5 minutes
* Take the potatoes out and let them dry.
* Mix 2 tablespoons of corn starch
* Fry potatoes with cooking oil at 140°C
* 1st frying: 5 minutes
* Let cool for 30 minutes
* Second frying: 3 minutes
* Mix with cheese powder and chili powder.
