Ingredients:
• Flour: 150 g (1⅓ cups)
• Sugar: 150 g (¾ cup)
• Baking powder: 4.2 g (¾ teaspoon)
• Salt: 1.2 g (¼ teaspoon)
• Unsalted Butter, softened: 160 g (⅔ cup)

• Milk: 80 g (3 tablespoons)
• Eggs: 3 large (150 g)
• Vanilla extract: 5 g (1½ teaspoons )
• Vegetable Oil: 20 g (1½ Tbsp)
Instructions:
- Grease the mold and then preheat the oven to 180 °C .
- Mix together the dry ingredients.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the room temperature butter. to adjust the texture.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs on high speed for 2 minutes, or until creamy.
- Mix in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Then, in one step, add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix quickly until the dough becomes thick.
- Pour into a pre-greased mold and mark the center with a greased spatula.
T & t of baking: 180 °C (356 °F) for 45-55 minutes

What exactly is reverse creaming?
Many bakers employ reverse creaming, also known as two stage creaming, to achieve a more tender and velvety cake texture.
The butter and sugar are creamed together until light and fluffy in the traditional creaming method.
This causes air bubbles to form in the batter, allowing it to rise.
It can, however, cause the formation of gluten, which can make the cake tough.
The flour and sugar are beaten together first in the reverse creaming method. This coats the flour molecules with butterfat, preventing gluten formation. The butter is then added and beaten until combined. Finally, one at a time, the eggs are added, and the batter is mixed until just smooth.
The reverse creaming method takes a little longer than the traditional method, but the results can be worth it. The cake will become more tender and smoother.
Here are some more details on reverse creaming:
Mix the flour and sugar together until it resembles coarse meal.
When the butter has been added, it should be beaten until just combined. Overmixing will result in the formation of gluten.
The eggs should be added one at a time, and the batter should be thoroughly combined.

- شیر، روغن و عصاره وانیل را مخلوط کنید.
- سپس در یک مرحله مواد مرطوب را به خشک اضافه کرده و سریع هم می زنیم تا خمیر غلیظ شود.
- داخل قالبی که از قبل چرب کرده اید بریزید و وسط آن را با کاردک چرب شده علامت بزنید.
مدت زمان پخت: 180 درجه سانتیگراد (356 درجه فارنهایت) به مدت 45-55 دقیقه
نکات:
● برای بهترین نتیجه از مواد با دمای اتاق استفاده کنید.
● خمیر را بیش از حد مخلوط نکنید، در غیر این صورت کیک شما سفت خواهد شد.
● برای بهترین نتیجه، کیک را در فر از قبل گرم شده بپزید.
● بگذارید کیک قبل از فراستینگ کاملا خنک شود.
