사람들이 잘못알고있는거 하나만 집고 넘어가자면 뷔페음식이다 이러면 뭐 안좋고 이렇게 색안경끼고 보는데 오히려 뷔페는 단체음식이고 식수인원이 일반식당의 몇배이상이기때문에 위생과 안전에 훨씬 더 신경씁니다. 특히 식재료도 저렴한거는 사용해도 나쁜거는 사용안합니다. 단가라는게 맞춰야하기 때문에 상품성이 없는 식재료를 대량으로 매입해서 사용하는 거지 못먹는 식재료로 음식 절대 안만듭니다. 그리고 뷔페는 많이 먹는사람은 많이먹고 안먹는사람은 잘 많이 안먹어서 그걸 감안하고 코스트가 나와있는것입니다. 본전이상 먹는사람 못먹는 사람이 있어서 운영가능한거지 뷔페에서 아무리먹어도 질이안좋아 본전못건진다 이렇게 아는척하는분들 정말 싫습니다

What is that white looking batter she added and the other dish she add e d red colour paste to the soup what was it and no not the chillies. How is the rice cakes made and contain or just rice?

1. It's a typical Pan cake batter made with flour and eggs, as it was obvious so they didn't show how the batter was made 2. The red color paste is called as Gochujang, which is a red chili paste, but it is is a savory, sweet, and spicy fermented condiment popular in Korean cooking. It is made from Chili powder (which they call it as gochu-garu), glutinous rice, meju powder(fried fermented soybeans), yeotgireum (which is Malted Barley powder), and salt. The sweetness comes from the starch of cooked glutinous rice, cultured with saccharifying enzymes during the fermentation process. 3. Yes those are Rice cakes that are called Tteok, which is a class of Korean rice cakes made with steamed flour made of various grains, including glutinous or non-glutinous rice. Steamed flour can also be pounded, shaped, or pan-fried to make tteok. In some cases, tteok is pounded from cooked grains. Hope I answered your doubts. 👍

가보고싶네요 어딘가요?? 우유는 왜 비치합니까 들고 가는사람도 있겠지요 식당에 커피 비치해놓으니 주머니없어니 티샤스 앞 배에 가득 몇십개 싸가지고 가는데 보이는데 말못하겠더라구요 어차피 그런사람은 다음에 안올사람인데 뺏아버려야되는데 말못한것이 후회가 되었는데 식당하다보면 별에별사람 다있어요
