These guys work like oxes!!! Obviously as someone stated here in Western Europe we do a lot different but we could learn a lot from their work ethics. No moaning, no complaining, just get it done. Actually a lot of this reminds me of my time here in The Netherlands when I worked for a contract firm doing big jobs at Tata Steel (blast furnaces). Lots of freehand cutting, using stuff we could find laying around on site for temporary supports, tacking and welding with electrodes.Hauling stuff with ten guys...breaking a lot of safety rules (especially at night😉)The work was superdirty and heavy but I had a great time!!! Just as in Pakistan no place for woke snowflakes to be around😂

@@ZerokillerOppel1 "No moaning, no complaining, just get it done." No work, no food. There are no minimum work standards. It's not like somebody will listen to them complain when there's a queue of people at the front gate every morning begging for work.

These guys work ethic is unsurpassable. I salute for that On the cons, they welds seem inadequate, no anti contamination done inside tank, no rust prevention, no leak tests, etc. It is a tank and could carry food ingredients, so again that is worrying. Constantly banging metal, changes its composition and strength. An hyster was available at the end only....why not use it for hauling the material all the time. The channel was put on the roof, marked for cutting? If this had any plans, the angle off cutting should have been known by the drawing? So that's scary and primitive.

Das war das beste was ich bisher gesehen hab, großes Lob !
The guys on that crew deserve utmost respect for how well they work together and how hard they work. With cooperation, sheer muscle power and the most rudimentary tools by North American standards they bend raw steel to their will and produce that massive structure. If they manage the operation wisely and don't throw away money they will one day be able to afford better tools and better safety standards. They deserve both. Unfortunately the structure is a piece of junk no matter how clever and dedicated the workers who constructed it. The fit up and welding is horrendous and definitely wouldn't fly in most of Europe and N. America. A line of tanks built to that standard wouldn't even be insurable as rolling stock in a modern industrial economy. That tank will crack and leak in a hundred places and require constant repair and patching. Unless it's driven exclusively on good smooth road it will end up a flaming inferno before long. Here in Canada we don't even build permanent (stationary) storage facilities to such low standards.
