A couple of sieves would speed the process and if the double handling, pick up and dump again, was streamlined it would be better, but then, that would eliminate about 4 jobs here alone. Hard work for sure.

Then don't watch it. You're saying they shouldn't bother filming it because you don't like it? Now, that's just silly, isn't it? These videos get a lot of views because it's interesting to see how things are done elsewhere. Sorry, we can't all be selfish and anal like you.

Why go through all those process, just melt the Aluminium
@brtecson4 ай бұрын
you dont want to contaminate the aluminum. if you f around and get any lead/zinc/tin/etc in there you'll never get it out. other contaminants that are removed as slag are going to be covered in aluminum so you start losing value by having that in there
@adama40283 ай бұрын
@@brtecson The metals you mentioned will not be removed with a magnet, becous this is not possible in this process lead, zinc and tin, just like aluminum, arent attracted to the magnet.

How can there be not one person in the country that understands Double Handling. Every single process in every single workplace performs double handling with *every single stage of production* in whatever it is they're making. It's mind blowing how stupid that is. Or are they just not smart enough to understand that? It all comes down to lost time. And time is money.

Расплавленный Алюминий растворяет железо. И ещё в электротехническом железе много кремния, это тоже снизит чистоту алюминия. Китайцам пофиг, они из вторичного алюминия что то неважное изготовят.
