Pau did this as a challenge. She only took four hours to learn AND create a new piano arrangement for the song. 4 hours. That's it.

Even if you’ve heard this song before, you’ve never heard THIS song before. Paulina & a piano is always pure magic. They don’t play music, they ARE music.

IIRC, Pau popped up one day on Instagram (i think) and posted the titles of a couple of songs and asked which one she should do for a challenge... *Creep* was selected... she went off and like four hours later, she gave us this beautiful treasure 😻 there is a channel that listed numerous Creep covers and asked for voting on the best... Pau won, hands down... a week or so later, that channel put the original Creep up against Pau's and she won that poll, as well! that's our Pau! in the same way we thank Metallica for writing Enter Sandman "for" DPA/TW, we also thank Radiohead for writing Creep "for" Pau 😜😹 TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA

Radiohead does Creep, and it's a full on Alt rock song, with both mellow and bellowing vocals. Pau being able to translate this to just the Piano is raw talent, and doing it in a few hours time, then recording, and publishing, is pretty amazing in itself.

Pau is the creative center of the band. A song usually starts as a ballad by Pau, which the three of them turn into a rock song. She composes on the piano, which is why she can also play the piano well. All three took piano lessons when they were 5 years old.

Not just took leasons . . All 3 are compitent in music theory and infact Pau at least has writen classical pieces. .

@@rogerreed905 I know that Pau is a big classical music fan, but I don't know of any releases from her. You can tell from their songs that all three have knowledge of music theory, but I don't know of any neutral proof.

If there was a silver lining for me personally from the pandemic is the fact that these amazing young ladies were cooped up at home with their only creative output being social media. Their amazing performance of Dull Knives from TW Cave during the DeTour livestream got them noticed by Lzzy Hale. Their official quarantine concert, also from TW Cave, is must see. It was so relaxed and showcased their personalities and how much fun they have playing. Not to mention all the other things each did individually on their socials to stay connected with and support their fans. Some of Dany’s midnight shows are breathtaking. If you didn’t already love them pre-pandemic you certainly did after. They were scheduled to tour the US when the pandemic hit and it was instrumental in making the decision to go ahead and get in the studio when travel restrictions were loosened to record Error which may have resulted in us getting that masterpiece earlier than later. I kinda miss the amazing access they granted us during the pandemic but I’m happy knowing that they are now working so hard to take the next step into greatness and we get to benefit from that.

I always love this performance. But I can't help the irony of it, "I wish I were special" I would like to recommend Dany covering Cavetown-Home cover. I'm glad you raised the prioritys price, I thought about suggesting you do that anyways. 5 is the cheapest I've ever seen anywhere. I did 10 on the one i did and planned to everytime anyways.

Coffees sent for the Dany Cavetown cover. If you can get her talking before and after if it's not to long. If not it's not a big deal.

This was done during the lockdowns, and the Girls wanted to stay connected with their Fans, so they did many such performances like this to pass the time away. Some were solos, some were group efforts, all were amazing and kept the fanbase engaged and longing for the day we'd get to see them perform live... You can't help but love them!!!

I think it took three or four tries before she got a recording she was happy with. But as others have said, this was a challenge from her fans on Instagram. After getting the results of the poll she went off for a few hours and then came back and posted this. As a suggestion, when you are doing covers you might want to listen to at least part of the original first.

From Japan Introducing the Japanese hard rock band that deepened their friendship with Warning at Aftershock. They have been together for 10 years and have nearly 130 original songs. BAND-MAID, although they are dressed as maids, they are a pure hard rock live band. They have many fans all over the world, and fans want them to perform with Warning. In Japan, more than 50% of their fans are men over 50. People who liked good old rock songs are regaining their passion for rock music, and the number of young fans is increasing.

Alright Kathy, Donna, Lulu. I believe it might be time for you all to hear what I believe is the best cover that The Warning has ever done. Yes ladies, and gentleman, I am referring to Metalica's "Atlas Rise" at the famed venue Whisky a Go Go. A five plus minute of force I didn't know the young ladies had in them. All this was done at the end of a 22 song set. Please check it out.

@poppad33110 ай бұрын
Paulina has an amazing voice and I love this version. But it lacks the raw power that Radiohead originally meant for the song. "You're so very special" NO NO NO This song is about that feeling of inferiority and she is too good for you. Sing it how it should be sung. "You're so fucking special" much, much better, a million times better. It's about feeling inadequate and angry. I'd give this 8/10 , Radiohead original version 9.5/10 ...live at Glastonbury 10/10
