There was absolutely No reason to remove that much of this patients natural tooth! Composite Resin is only good for about 5yrs. Keeping the entire tooth allows for more structural support and the ability to go back natural if you get tired of paying for work..

Pack composite in increments and make sure occlusion right. Also, the quality of materials and moisture control. Patient oral health practices also. In my country they fail because some ppl eat chicken bones or open beers using their teeth

@@den.kahraman am using the nexcomp bulk fill since I'm from a 3rd world country we don't get tier 1 dental supplies.
