The resuscitation

Hard to say. The resus was incredible, you never gave up! But, the autistic boy, who could swim, the look on his face after they caught that perfect wave on the way in!!🎉 And, how appreciative the mother was!!❤

It wasn't shown, but these legends rescued my cousin who was on holiday from the UK. He swam too deep and said without rescue he would definitely not have made it. You guys will always have my families gratitude.

Props to that dad who used himself as a floaty to save his kid. Also to those other legends that got themselves stuck to save those kids

That resus ought to be #1 - to get someone who's unconscious with no heartbeat to not only get their heart actually pumping again but for them to come round and sit up, that's so so rare - and without a shock from the defib, too. Amazing work, you should all be so proud of yourselves and what you do, you save lives, every day.

They should be paid 80-90k minimum. They’re saving human lives. It can be extremely stressful, physically hard work, grueling at times, and the responsibility they have to bear to the public. Then during holidays, they have a swarm of crowds and beach goers to patrol on top of their first priority which is to guard the water and watch for struggling swimmers, surfers, boaters, jet skis. It’s A LOT

It's so sad. Paramedics, firefighters, lifeguards they all get paid really low income but all actively put themselves in danger to save other peoples life. Its so sad

I will never understand parents who do not watch their kids around water. I am an adult and my mom to this day watches me like a Hawk if I'm the only one of her kids in the water and I am a lifeguard. The younger ones get more attention tho which I get because I watch them too. The amount of kids I've had to grab and save in the ocean before demanding that they take me their parents. I teach the kids about how dangerous the ocean is and yell at the parents for their negligence. The ocean isn't a pool. It isn't predictable.
@neurologylove21355 күн бұрын
Pools aren't safe either. Parents need to be cognizant in both. I nearly drowned in a pool when I was 8 because the lifeguards (teens) weren't paying attention.This was at summer camp so my parents weren't around. They were livid when they found out and I never went back to that summer camp.

I honestly think when people go to Australia for a holiday, they really should do their homework on the country and dangers of the Ocean, I have family in Brisbane Queensland, and my Uncle would tell me the amount of drownings were tourists from Asia, and India who were overdressed and non swimmers.

There's no way the person claiming to be a health professional in the #8 resus is obviously either claiming he's more qualified than he actually is (like he once did a first aid course, years ago) or is REALLY inexperienced without any practical, clinical experience. Great job taking over & side stepping him out of interfering 🙌🏻 Mate, if you're watching this & delighted at you 15 'seconds' of fame you need a serious reality check; you weren't helping, you were hindering. Next time, keep out of the way of rje true professionals & make sure you regularly take refresher CPR, lifesaving & first aid courses. Smh 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻
