New video on a DIY hair mask for dry hair. This mask will give your natural hair a much needed reboot. I will be using bentonite clay to make an aztec clay mask. Below are all the ingredients that I used! Feel free to add essential oils to this as well.

Yes, on average most people leave their mask on for 30 minutes or so. I just had mine in for that long because I became occupied with my children so it took a little longer before I could wash mines out. Feel free to wash yours out when your ready. There is no set time 😊

I'm glad you kept yours in so long because I did this today and it's been in over 4 hours(I was trying to let it dry🙄) but everybody says to do it like 20-30 minutes and no longer(I can't see it doing any harm longer but nobody besides you has left it in a long time)

I GREW UP WITH OUR PEOPLE AND HOW MUCH THEY THOUGHT I NEED A RELAXER. MY HAIR TYPE IS MUCH LIKE YOURS. NOW WHY DO YOU THINK 🤔 MY OWN PEOPLE SAID I NEEDED TO RELAX MY HAIR.? How often do you do the bentonite clay mask? Because bentonite clay helps clean the scalp there should be no need to use a shampoo, right?

Correct, you don't need to shampoo afterwards. & i dont have a schedule, i kinda just use it whenever i feel my scalp needs a detox.

could rinse in a big bowl then dump the bowl in the grass or somewhere that wont cause damage.

Should I wash my hair before doing this mask ?? Or can it be done on hair that was in braids or passion twist so aka dirty hair

Heyyy.. yes the mask can be done on dirty hair. The mask cleanses & detoxes your hair, just make sure to saturate your hair with water & detangle before you apply. It makes the application a lot easier ❤️

lol yes. I let mine sit for that long. & no not at all, it was still easy to wash out. It's very messy when you wash it out though. Some people recommend using draino afterwards to prevent your drain from clogging up.

Heyy..! Nothing will happen if you don't use that particular ACV. ACV with the mother just gives you more benefits for your hair vs. the regular acv without it. & yes, you can just use water! Adding the acv is just an extra additive that gives your hair more benefits outside of what the Aztec clay will give you 🙂

No, I didn't. The clay will cleanse and detox your hair. No need to wash afterwards either, just rinse the clay out. But if you prefer to wash afterwards, you can. It's optional, totally up to you ❤️
