These are basic hygeine discipline for I think evwryone. I think u can add few more in the list 1. Changing pillow cover and bed sheet every week or max on 10days to prevent skin issues 2. Daily use of body moisturizer prevents strechmarks when u loose or gain weight 3. Wash your towel as frequently as you can and dry in sunlight 4. Foot hygiene is also very imp. Cracked heels and brittle nails is a sign of dehydration in the body. 5. Laser is best option for all body hairs. One time expense is better than experiencing pain many times. Shaved part in a day or 2 bcm very uncomfortable due to pricky hair growth 6. Fruits are friends include them to build ur immunity

Thankfully, I've been a super hygienic girl since I was a kid. • But yeah, I do use plastic loofah as it came free with the shower gel😂, but I wash it thoroughly after using and let it air dry, I don't leave my loofah, lingerie, towel in the bathroom ever. • After coming out of the shower I use a cotton cloth or a tissue paper to clean my 👂🏻 ears and behind them, if there's any soap residue or a little bit of grease left even after showering well, it gets cleaned up. • Whenever I feel my face needs extra cleaning, I use a cotton cloth to gently rub in circular motion to get rid of any dirt build up. ✨ • I do use Vwash, I think around year 2020, I started using it because I don't know what happened but my vulva had started to feel extremely itchy even after maintaining hygiene. I bought Vwash, used it and boom! No more itching, after that I just couldn't ignore that feeling of freshness that came with it, inside my labia majora i feel greasy without using it, water is not enough to get rid off greasiness. Just make sure you don't let the product enter your vagina. • I have completely stopped shaving now because it feels so fckin' itchy when hair grow back 😭such a torture! I'm happy with the few minutes of waxing pain. I hope one day I'll be able to afford laser treatment at least for pubes. • ❌ Don't forget to clean your belly button. • I use a toothbrush 🪥 to clean the dirt out of my toe nails because I used to get a funky smell from the dirt getting collected there in my teenage years. • I also use pumice stone daily for my heels, they never saw a crack in life 😌🦶🏻 • 😂 I close the door and sit in doggy position or stand with my one leg on the table under the fan after coming out of the shower and pat drying myself with towel, I don't like feeling damp anywhere before I put on my clothes. • 🧖🏻♀️My towel is divided by 3 different colours and patterns. So I use one part of it to dry my face only, second to dry my torso and third for everything below it. • I go commando even on my periods, whenever I feel that I'm not gonna bleed for some time now, I just sit with my legs wide open under the fan. And when I feel blood flow isn't gonna stop, I just use my useless tshirt and layer it on my bed and bleed freely on it. I cannot stand damp feeling at all.

I don't know if it's common in other parts of the country or not, but my elders have always advised me to use my morning saliva (right after waking) on acnes to reduce inflammation and build up. I know it might be yucky for most of us, but believe me it works like magic. Plus it's your own saliva so no risk of infection or any side effects. Science behind it is, our saliva contains Amylase (enzyme) which is antibacterial in nature. So if possible ladies do give it a try.

I see so many people constantly being against the use of vaginal cleaning products with the whole self cleaning thing and though i agree it is the case for most people, some of us really need products like those to feel comfortable around there and its not for the fragrance purpose. I started using these 3 years back and it has been life changing honestly. Not only does it feel hydrated and cool down there but also cleaner than before. Obviously you're supposed to use these products externally only and not go in there plus there are a lot of non fragrance options available.

There is nothing wrong with cleaning the outside of the labia minor and the inside of the labia major with a non scented vaginal wash or gentle non scented soap! The problems come when girls use the scented products or use them incorrectly (getting the product in the urethra opening or vaginal opening). I use unscented vaginal wash and it helps me both feel cleaner and I now get less infections, which could also be due to my now habitual intake of probiotic rich foods like kombucha and yogurt.

As a girl who travels very often especially by flights (atleast twice a month) & have to use the washrooms at the airports...I can vouch for feminine hygiene products. I use the V wash. It's simple & basic. I use it only when I am travelling, every 2-3 days. I have never had a UTI in my life. It is an absolute game changer if you are struggling with kitty hygiene. Please don't listen to this bs that you don't need it. I have many female friends jinke gynaecologist ne unko recommend kiya hai. And please do not use soap down there, soaps are basic & your kitty needs to be acidic. So please go ahead & use intimate washes, you will thank me!
@AdeteDahiya3 ай бұрын
Baba where are you getting your information? - First of all, it's great that you don't get UTIs. But your washing your vagina is not the only thing that contributes to UTIs...it's a complex issue and many people can get even if they're perfectly clean down there. - V-wash and most other feminine hygiene washes, are also Basic - not acidic. In fact most things with surfactants are basic (8th grade chemistry). Triethanolamine (TEA) which is the main surfactant in V wash has a pH of 10.5-11.5. The major reason to avoid these is because they're mostly a marketing gimmick and nothing more than body wash marketed as a vaginal wash. - The pH of most thing that come in contact with your vagina is actually basic, including that of tap water. But the fact. that your kitty downstairs is self cleaning and self balancing means that after you wash it, it restores back to its natural pH within a few hours That being said, if v-wash works for you, continue using it. I would suggest going for a fragrance free alternative if you can find it. And yes mild soap and water work equally well for this purpose.
@_apoorva_073 ай бұрын
@@AdeteDahiya Hi sis! I appreciate your detailed response and understand that UTIs can be complex with various contributing factors. My main point was to share what has worked for me personally and for many of my friends & also recommended by lots of gynaecologists. While it’s true that the vaginal area is self-cleaning, I’ve found that using V wash, especially when traveling, has helped me maintain my hygiene and avoid discomfort. Regarding the pH levels, my experience with V wash has been positive, and it hasn't disrupted my natural balance. Different products work differently for everyone, and what may seem like a marketing gimmick to some might be a genuine solution for others. Ultimately, it's about finding what works best for each individual. For me and many others, V wash has been beneficial. It’s always good to be informed and choose products based on personal needs and experiences.

Tip for oily hair (that u have to wash every 1-2 days) take a 500ml bottle, put 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and fill the rest with water, after shampooing pour it on your scalp and hair and leave for 3-5min, wash off, make sure there's no smell left. This helped me so much, rn my hair looks great on day 3 or even 4 or 5 Tip for your teeth, try a mixture of coconut and soda (not baking, bicarbonate soda), use 3 tbsp of soda for 1 cup of coconut oil, mix it and use instead of toothbrush, it makes your teeth SO smooth! Tip for underwear change, idk if this is for everyone but i like these disposable thin pads. About public toilets, idk abt tbe spray but ik there are sheets that you can buy that are already made in the right shape so u just put it on instead of tking a bunch of paper

Love the apple cider vinegar tip. Will try. But please don’t use abrasive things like bicarbonate soda on your teeth, it can damage your enamel.

I do all of it and I'm just feeling proud😂❤ also I have always trimmed down there cuz obviously the hair is there for a reason and I don't even like the feeling of looking like a chila hua murgi down there so it has always been a personal preference. I tried shaving when I was younger hearing everyone that oh you need to remove your hair down there it's unhygienic all of those stuff but I had rashes and it was very very uncomfortable to even wear my undergarments after that so I started trimming after that and made peace with it now. But thanks to you for saying that alouddd❤

Honestly.. This has been really helpful but I don't think not using any vaginal washes is the way to go.. You definitely don't need to clean it from the inside but using a v wash actually helps the outer part.. It's the easiest and cheapest thing you can buy from any drugstore and works like wonder (for me).. I won't recommend using it every time you wash but once in 2 days Or in week actually helps.. Just my opinion (from experience) Also thank goodness for this video people really need these tips 😭💗

Instead of using tongue scrappers its better to use tooth brush for that purpose...because forcefully scrapping your tongue can affect your taste buds if you're not careful..
@Chloe48543 ай бұрын
I agree with washing your hair brush frequently but its better with a clean brush specially for this purpose not cleaning it with an old toothbrush thats already contaminated with causes cross contamination. You can also buy a cheap toothbrush specially for cleaning your hair brushes
