Hello Hedi! What a great instruction video. I use my Insta pot for all kinds of things. But I’ve never done a pot roast so now I know how to do it. I think of you every week or two when I make mayonnaise. And I’ve gotten so good at it as well as perfecting how I like it to taste. It’s all because of you, Hedi! You sound great. Your voice sounds strong and that makes me very happy to hear. I’ve been very busy in my magical world. I slept in today and it was nice to watch this video while I wake up. Aw, as usual you are SO SWEET! I am HONORED, I truly mean that! I am slowly on the mend, just trying to gain my strength back slowly. I have missed interacting with you, sometimes I say how in the world is Mr. Privacy doing? LOL I do, your comments are always so very sweet. Yes so fantastic about the mayonnaise, what so many miss in some recipes, are that they are meant for tweaking to your taste. They are impatient as (especially for me) I take recipes and it may take 4-5 times before I get it "right". The way I prefer it. I sincerely appreciate you "sticking" with me through all of my health ups and downs. OX 🤗
