Key Notes:
For painting I used Stainer Colour(Y oxide, Brown) and spray paints to highlight.

Using polystyrene may not be a good option for the fishes. But your idea can be made using broken marbles or broken tiles stacked somewhat like this and as it's going to stay inside the aquarium, white sand fountain will look amazing.
