I believe the rock you found displays what is called "cone in cone" structures. It may look like a fossil plant etc. but the 'cones' are created from crystallization of calcite or aragonite and the clays became deformed.

Nothing about these indicates pet wood, looks like Tuffa.

@@RiskyVentureMinerals We have also chemical, mohs and microscope tested it and it is a type of petrified wood. There are layers of it in many stages from bog-wood formation into these chalcedony forms, some pieces we have found in this region that are half and half. Mohs of this is similar to Mexican coconut agate. Extremely silicated. You must cut alot and work with Petrified wood?
