The saddest result of your journey that you haven't get to the Pacific Ocean. It was the Japanese sea shore😢 To see ocean you diffinitly should've go to Kamchatka or even Kuril islands😂 So you didn't get your goal in true. It's a reason to come back to the Far East later😉

Salve, Davide.

Allow me to explain why 3°C is worse when compared to -20°C. The reason for this is that when above 0°C, there is plenty of humidity in the air... Whereas at -20 there is no humidity so it's better.

I must admit I kinda wished you to choose Anadyr as the goal point of your trip to see the ocean. But that might be just a little bit too extreme.
@DaveLegenda
@DaveLegenda 2 жыл бұрын
You remember the big guy from the previous vid who offered me to go to Magadan with him? In order to get to Anadyr, I would have had to accept his offer, spend four days on the road to Magadan, and then hope and pray that the ice road from Magadan to Anadyr was passable, which is very much often not the case. On top of that, I would have needed to apply for a Chukotka permit months in advance. I will do Chukotka at some point, but that will warrant a few videos on its own - it doesn't deserve being shadowed by this stupid Pacific Ocean narrative :D

Eh, I saw the house in which I lived in Khabarovsk. And the house in which I lived when I studied in Vladivostok. And to the right of the statue of Lenin in Vladivostok is a bookstore from which I stole a collection of modernist poets. And if you go further to Egersheld, there, if you walk past buildings and fences, you can climb an excellent hill with an excellent view of the city.

Really glad you made it. It is so weird seeing Khabarovsk and Vladivostok has absolutely no sign of Chinese legacy left, considering the Russians actually robbed these two cities from the Chinese. Kaliningrad, Vyborg, Vladivostok, and many more cities once prosperous and populated, look at them now! History is so complicated. SMH
@kxkxsjk2
@kxkxsjk2 2 жыл бұрын
Bruh💀 You know why both of them have no signs of Chinese legacy? Because both of this cities were founded by Russia. Like dude, do some fact-checking please before making such statements. These territories were neutral before 1860s for both Russia and China until both of them did sign a number of agreements to distribute these territories between countries. They wasn't robbed like you say
