Truck drivers in US, take the seat belt, put it through the hole in the arm rest and click it into the seat belt receptacle while they are sleeping. It prevents someone from opening the door.

Hi....just watched your vlog really good & subscribed. Unfortunately I have followed your link, 10 times it will not translate. I found them directly online tried to order straps and I can't order them. I have even read through ALL your comments where you mentioned your link should translate and the German name for G Britian. Great idea but I looked and they're £45 !!! I have an idea how to make one myself using some brackets,some 'S' hooks and strapping from B&Q, it should be pretty easy 😎

UPDATE, I bought a couple of brackets some welded chain,2 'S' hooks and 2 ' carabina snap hooks and it does a good job,probably cost around £10. Thanks for the idea tho bud😎

strongbow57 Hi, I actually went to a local hardware shop in the end, the bracket was more heavy duty than B &Q’s. it was originally like a square U shape, at the bottom ( if you get what I mean) and I straitened one end out in a vice so it was L shaped . Put some black el

Great idea, but I'd but instead of a strap I'd use a chain. There look like you could fit a Knife or a saw between the door gap and cut it.

Realy cleaver system, except what happens when they crack your window ? If they reach in IT can easily be unhooked from the outside as well of course. Would work better with a couple of locks on both ends if you ask me.

Needs a bigger screw or anchor on the door

My personal view is the idea is good but your relying on a single screw that’s designed to hold a plastic side trim on to a thin piece of metal door skin. A more secure method of mounting to the door such as a plate on the inside of the door to spread the load and two 10mm bolts with washers either side.

It's designed for motorhome campervan owner's as there is a weak spot on the driver's door lock ,so it can't be open while we sleep in the van ,if u broke the window glass I'd wake up i hope lol , thanks for watching 👍

I'm more in need of security if I leave my van parked for extended periods like while I am hiking in the mountains. if they wanna get it in the van while I'm in it well they would wish they had not. 😃
