If you had attacked the orcs with your reinforcement army, you would have gotten free dwarven meatshields for a nice allied battle.

it's really good, especially in this mod where everything takes 100 turn to build, those tier 2 orc barracks saved me more than once

You can sell map info for approx 200 a settlement to factions btw. Also, I think you can you can use the buildings other civs build if the bonus is written in description, and not culture dependent.

Hey Apollo, some remarks from side 1. Keep in mind that archers with fire at will, are going to target whatever they decided (if you didnt seen please check my comment from previous episode. You will find there also deep explanation of archer logic explained in answer to my comment by anarionelendili8961) 2. If you have archer vs archer situation, you most likely want to use mele unit to disturb enemy unit (force them to run or stop shooting) 3. Check town culture distribution before extermination (if that is possible ofc, make use of spy ) 4. As mention below - there is no point of destroying buildings :( instead of you shall just build culture building 5. Elves lives matter (they won't reproduce faster. Elvish women are delusional and have high standards for their partners. You do not own a ring of Barahir? I won't go will you on a date pff) 6. Shoot into blob of enemy instead of loose formation of weak archer, so you could shred some of their numbers and then refocus on archer if needed (Elves has very high accuracy rate) 7. Show us cool kill count statistics :)

PA mentioned in one of the recordings that he was going to be out of town for some time and that he prerecorded some of these (ah, he mentioned recording these in a batch in this one too). So he probably didn't get our comments yet. :) Agreed with your points, except with the exterminatus. Culture changes relatively quickly and Celeborn is enough of a chad to make everyone want to emulate him. The big thing is the population and the settlement type. Settlement type between a Castle (always at normal taxes) and a City (variable taxes) matters since putting taxes to low helps a lot in public order. And the public order for garrison depends on the settlement size. It is possible that the initial culture is bad enough that you simply cannot garrison a castle with just regular troops, and you need a high influence general to make them happy. Generally speaking, the special settlements like Dol Guldur and Barad-Dur are also already at max level, so exterminating them makes sense. But mere villages? That just ensures that they will never contribute to the war effort, especially in a short campaign.

Lol Apollo played 1000's of hrs still doesn't get rock paper sissors battle calc. Oh yeah will leave my archers unsupported to take cav charges. Next minute oh no my archers are breaking. 😂😂😂

Good thing that the goblins didn't bring any wargs with them... While Celeborn's unit would have speared them easily enough, if they managed to attack the archers, they would have munched through the archers quickly and then started on the infantry. And if there had been a Nazgul general, none of the goblins would have run, and the Nazgul are strong enough to give even Celeborn's unit a workout.

Keep on! Protect your archers until they’re finished firing at least. Destroying buildings was a disaster. You could use every one of them.

btw is it me or do even freeking low tier orc/ goblin units have MUCH more morale in divide and conquer than in Reforged hahaha. Some units stay fighting with like 20 guys left or sometimes even 3 out of 220
