There’s also a chivalry 2 map that’s icy now. Assault on Thayic stronghold looks similar in a lot of ways to that one. There’s also frozen wreck which is icy but is less similar.

Ironic in that the Streltsy were quick in adopting Western Style weapons such as Matchlocks ,Arquebus later Flintlocks. This time period Muskets or Shots were inferior, Cannon also in this period slow,lumbering fire, not accurate where a group of tartars could ride quickly to the enemy Cannon Crew and fill them full of arrows .Bow Arrow Missiles from light Cavalry like Tartars """OUTRANGED"""muskets and caused alot of casualty among massed Pike Shot Infantry even Heavy Cavalry, Tartar arrows could easily penetrate some heavy armored Cavalry or take down the horse,I play that game from Matrix called """PIKE AND SHOT"""and Missile Archery from Light fast moving Cavalry create alot of casualties and chaos ,also its hard to engage them because they retreat quickly, those are the """FASTEST""" Units on the Battlefield during that time period, they were used for hit and run, charge up, stay out of enemy musket and enemy archery range( Their arrows had longer ranges than other nations with similar cavalry)and launch volleys of arrows than quickly ride away before you can approach them with your units. Nuckelavee horse is an evil fairy believed to have no skin, with visible veins filled with black blood. It had the upper body of a human, but his lowerhalf was an entire horse! Fantasy seemed the original choice for CA, you can't do history will all the toxic political correctness, particulary on UK where they are based, that's why imo we won't see a Medieval 3 soon, it is not that history worked, it was that videogames were more based back then, imo we now have more a videogames problem. it is not that only particulary CA has gone weird, it is the entire industry, videogame becamae mainstream and it became bad.

Great to see you keep trying this game, its like you said a fun little puzzle tactics game. I finished all the campaign's a few days ago. Its definetly a fun game. Been trying to get into a multiplayer match, but no players. Something i found usefull in this game is to sacrifice a single unit of a formation to waste the enemy's hero ''heavy attack''. That way you can nullify heavy casulties.

you are not using the special ability of this faction heroes!! if you merge any hero with any group he get special skill! ex: putting pendragon in inf give him shield or cossbow in archers, same for the mage you can merge heroes and units by holding a few sec the hero circle on a formation ( they both start to blink after a few sec this mean the merge is active) and relase
