This is an amazingly moist cranberry cake! You can actually make it in any flavour!
This recipe can easily be doubled if you have a large bunt pan.
Also, how to cream butter and sugar the best way! Perfect every time!
No need of a stand mixer, no stopping to scrape and it takes half the time to do it!
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup butter
-1 cup sugar
-2 eggs
-1 cup sour cream (or yogurt)
-1 tsp vanilla
-1.5 cup flour
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/4 cup sugar
-fruit
Bake at 350F in middle of oven
