I tried using google lens on the fortune, It seems to be a love fortune and I believe says a story about unrequited love, its hard to get an accurate translation from a paused video though

Bruh, I love sweet potatoes and that looks ah-maze-ing. I usually just like sweet potato with a bit of salted butter, but the creme brule topping looks soo good.

It looked like the cheese one said cheese monja, and for those that might not know, monja is basically okonomiyaki Tokyo style. A savory sort of pancake. Runnier batter gives it a melted cheese consistency, but the ingredients are kind of, put in what you want style, so cheese can definitely be included. It's mostly cabbage and a bit of meat or seafood with flour batter thinned with dashi or water and topped with sauce and/or Japanese mayo; it's cooked on a griddle. Monjayaki and okonomiyaki are one of those things that are traditionally eaten at home with a big group. You have guests bring ingredients that they want to include, and you cook it together on the griddle. There are restaurants where you can get it, but you usually cook it yourself tableside after ordering the ingredients. That way you can control the mix of ingredients and how done you like it, plus it's best hot. From my understanding there aren't many street stalls that sell it because it's generally not an eat with your hands on the go kind of food, but by putting it inside a manju bun and frying it you get a portable crispy snack. What a neat idea!

After reading your commnent, I know understand why some parents eat their young. If they knew that they would turn out like you, I am sure you would have been one of their meals. Or at least your dad would have had 2nd thoughts about finishing
