I don't think so! Most street stalls were open, just these little shops here and there that were closed! For some reason its not always accurate on the Google Maps. You'll definitely still get lots of food places open on weekdays!

I think that a good prank would be to go to a High-End Sushi place and bring in your own bottle of ketchup and then put ketchup over the sushi. They would go outta their minds.. Not an uni fan. I’ve tried it twice, also at Tsukiji market. It had an alkaline metal taste and salty like ocean water. For some reason the image if drinking ocean water out of a rusty tin can popped into my head and it wasn’t for me. More for those that like it I guess, you won’t have to deal with me in line in front of you for it. 😆
