When I used to go camping I took with me a lot that thin plastic rope that is used for tie packets, you know. Very useful for everything. I think if I would go not only to a camping but to the real wild, I would take a lot of plastic cord with me. I think with plenty of cord i could tie a branches's hat. With branches tie a defensive wall, with branches tied make table, seats, bed. With branches and chord make trap for hunting food. Some metal wire too. For example tying several branches made a sweeden torch to cook and boil over. I would take also throwable knives to use them as ponts to make spears with branches, and cord again.

Мля,треть жизни в тайге, случайно наткнулся,подписался сам,отправил товарищам,даже просто посмотреть!, и если бы ещё в финале нашел бутыляньку водки с банкой огурцов,это было бы вообще 🔥,в наших тайге,Сибирь,быстрее всего можно найти только медведя.

No matter how tight the wrap, the "whipping" of the cordage around the knife handle can still slip. An easy fix is to melt a thin coating of hot glue on the handle. When it hardens, do the wrap. That will never slip. At least mine hasn't and I've used it on one knife for several years.
