Hiii I am brazilian and I love Tapioca, basically is a starch extracted from cassava root ! What the sympathetic guys prepare is a very simple recipe! In specialized stores you can find the ready-mix as well as the video! How I said is a simple recipe but as in any case you will need to go to a specialty store there you can buy ready-mix! In London there are several Brazilian products shops! But if you are in London as well could be more interesting to visit his place because looks delicious! Bye

I kinda agree with you, but I have to say, in his defense he didn't use the gloved hand to manage de money and he used rubbing alcohol to disinfect his hands after handling the money. It's more hygienic than a lot of street food places I saw.

I am Brazilian, from northeast, the region where tapiocas are from: we don't use those fillings here at all. Our cheese is a white low fat cheese (rennet cheese) and we never put lettuce on it (saw him doing it in other videos. Hahaha)
