Ohhhh yeahhhhhh!!! It's only once you see the display again that you realise just how long it is - a remarkable achievement. We were seriously impressed with the Black Eagles and it takes something to upstage the Frecce Tricolore whilst displaying to the sound of Pavarotti!!! I see someone saying here that they won the best display trophy - if that's so then fully deserved IMHO......

Oooooohhhhhhh yeah 🤙🏼 yeah it’s a long one alright but we ain’t complaining. Such a fantastic display and with so much going on. The Black Eagles are amazing and we can’t wait to see them in action again. I am not sure if they won a trophy at this RIAT but they certainly did 10 years ago at RIAT. Will have to find out and let you know. 🦅

They were amazing and they were as you say, incredible. I can't believe how close they were on some of the formations, could only have been a few feet surely.

Tedcam shines again guys. Thank you and they really deserve best overall display at RIAT having watched it again.. I was raging on Saturday as they came all this way and were unfortunately overshadowed during the display by some Hollywood actor guy who never actually flew a Super Hornet.. I had one eye on them and one eye on him (under instruction from the other half to make sure I get a video) but he is so small I couldn't get any good footage.. Such a shame 😂

Thanks Lee. The TedCam is a great little idea and when framed well (like I did in the Lakes with they Typhoon Low Level) can be almost like a photo coming to life. The Black Eagles were amazing. Their jet looks like an F-16 with sections of an F-18. I don't know too much about the manufacturing of the aircraft but will definitely research it. As for their display, some sequences and formation were so close together. It was spectacular, they did a fantastic job. Oh Tom Cruise...I have my photo of him that he forgot to sign for me... RIAT 2023 here we go!

7:34 solo entering from behind for Goose is a part that most people easily miss and be shocked by the supersonic over heads and I'm wondering how a british guy knew this point and caught entire part of it with no flaw loll. This is one of the best footages of Black Eagles display and can be compared to few best of Tonkatsu298 versions. Black Eagles crews will love this👍

A magnificent display from a team ive never seen. Nice too see a full compliment of 8 aicradt carving their designs in the sky. Tedcam footage is great here films their wonderful livery. Very uniform display and real harmony. Very skilful. They look good those jets, imaginative livery too. Some of the display reminiscent of our own Red Arrows. You filmed it well Ted and Nikos. Need to get myself to RIAT which will be a goal for 2024. Over a year ago this one. 21/7/22 No:- 652
