Thank you so much Sue, I hope you're well. We've just posted a video on Namprig gapi which is a essential sauce of Thai food.

Wonderful! And thank you for sharing the vegetarian oyster sauce you use! I love that the amounts of the sauces are small unlike what most youtube channels show. This shows that bringing out all the subtle flavours is what makes a dish taste great!

I tell you Shaun it really is, I see alot of versions of drunken noodles that miss out ingredients that I think are essential.

Hi is there a video for cooking tofu ?
@FitousThaiKitchen Жыл бұрын
Hi Danny we only have the larb Tofu recipe that's in the healthier options playlist, we really should do more recipes with Tofu. We have a few great recipes with silken Tofu that we really should film and post. Here's the link for the Larb Tofu. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fGe4aZl4gtmVeqM

Is it recommended to only use fresh green peppercorn or can you use in brine?
@FitousThaiKitchen Жыл бұрын
Hi there, thanks for watching, I've never tried the version in brine. Is it young peppercorn? Try them, but give them a good rinse first. Should be fine.

So who is the random british white guy on this channel? Does he actually even know the cook? at the moment it looks like he's just stealing the chef's content for his own channel
