Thanks to you, today for the first time in my life, I'd made drunken noodles! And I've probably been eating drunken noodles longer than you've been in this world. But because of you, I went by your steps, verbatim, except as an imperative, I'd used string beans, intead of Chinese broccoli, which I could not find. And I'd have to honestly say that I am quite pleased with how it turned out! I look forward to following up, making it again and again! Thank you again!

I was afraid to try this because I didn’t think it could be as good as my favorite restaurant because of my cooking skills and I didn’t want to waste ingredients. But, holy cow, this was Spot On! I admit I used too many Thai peppers and blew our heads off, but it was just so, so good. Don’t be afraid to try this. Her step by step instruction made it totally possible to have unbelievably delicious Pad Kee Mao in my own kitchen. Prep is a little daunting but you have to have it all ready to go. I felt like a chef and my hubby raved! Using Thai basil was non-negotiable for us. The Asian market had it in perfect size fresh packets! Thank you so much! Going to try dan dan noodles next!
