We did a quick trip to Quebec City and ate brunch at Ciel on our first day. Ciel is a revolving restaurant atop Hotel Le Concorde that provides a 360 degree view of the city of Quebec, St-Lawrence River, and the city of Levis to the east.
Food was wonderful, service was attentive, and the views were spectacular. Overall fun experience for the family.

Can ypu feel the rotation? Im just curious as I booked for November but have heard some comments on feeling nauseous from the rotation....
