The Oyster Burns Target card was a year that Target issued a card for every Dodger in history, they came in panels of 15 i believe, thats why it has perforated edges. Paul Mall was misspelled (Pall Mall) but that was a cigarette brand, maybe thats what it meant.

Yep they were giving away to the first ??? people that arrived at Dodger stadium as a free promotion giveaway. I had those growing up absolute garbage, lol.
