I couldn't stop watching it. This young man is very skilled and you could see he liked what he did. He should be proud of himself because that stove will be very helpful to someone one day. I wish we had more young people like him that wanted to work in the U.S. Our young people would want at least 15.00 an hour with free healthcare and child care. A small modification . The air vent should be downward sloping so that no dust or ash enters fan. A detachable air vent and fan will make it more handy to carry

It is not smokeless. Extension for fan can be attached from inside. Good work done by the boy under instructions of a senior.

Have you/he tried to build a Wood Gas Stove. Somewhat similar build, but one gets a blue flame which is better for cooking. Maybe it's an option and given his high skill level surely doable

Basically a TLUD gasifier. The combustion chamber needs a sacrificial to prevent premature burn out. Nice setup.

Is the battery running the fan to increase air flow, or is the airflow from the fire's draft running the fan motor in reverse to charge the 12v battery?
