You should watch the episode _The Choices_ . It's a Nicole-centered episode that reflects on her life choices, and asks what she would have done differently had she not met Richard in the first place. The episode is both hilarious and unbelievably heartwarming at the same time. I think you'll really enjoy it.

Fun fact: if you listen closely to the Latin chanting in the car chase scene, you can hear the voices chant names of different cheeses like ‘mozzarella’ and ‘Gorgonzola’. Update: I actually got more of the lyrics online. The chanters are saying: Fervidu’s, Fervidu’s, Fervidu’s Pizza Margarita, Mexicali, bean burrito, marinara, mozzarella, Gorgonzola!
