The Bandai one is a nice set indeed. I've got it at number 3 for rarity in the Zelda OoT card sets released in the late 90s.

I don't speak (or read) a word of Japanese, yet I was able to get a decent idea of the meaning of the text on the back of the cards you shown at 2.39 and 2.51 using Google Translate on my phone. You could use this trick if you are curious to know what is written.
