india biggest kitchen is in Amritsar Golden Temple ( sikh gurdwara ) more than a lakh people eat every day. then there is another gurdwara in Delhi called Bangla Sahib Gurdwara, where even dialysis is free for 500 people every day. the food is given round the clock. kitchen never stops.

In Serving bannana leaf is ok but Serving with round leaf is dangerous because in this leaf small small wooden strick is there while eating it may go to our throat. So temple management should avoid round leaf and serve only in bannana leaf
