These guys really impress me. I’d love to be able to rebuild every heavy truck component with a mini sledge, a valve punch, and a pair of needle nose. My knees are killing me by the end of each video tho 😂

Everything looks normal The apprentice works on the floor and holds the pump with his foot, while the master works on the bench with a vise to hold de parts. And three auditors to verify the work, health and safety, quality and production supervisor.

They really do major repair of parts not lie in us if a part is broken they send out to a auto parts store for a new or rebuilt part !that takes some skill and knowledge on how to rebuild the broken part ! Or they don’t have the knowledge to rebuild the part a simple bearing replacement could mean trashing the hole unit for a ten dollar part !

Very primitive way of repairing automotive components which are highly precision components. No sense for using proper repair tools, clean work table, clean cleaning fluid. Just hammer the hack out of everything. I always wonder how long these repairs really last. If you dont have quality mindset then you will never catch up with modern manufacturing, or create anything on your own. One guy is working and three guys are watching him work.
