Close the loop-hole is my opinion, it sounds like the professor is using the fear tactic to create fear amongst U.S sellers to argue to ban the loop-hole from closing.

This loophole needs to be closed, and another issue that requires attention is the growing influence of Chinese sellers. There should be regulations imposed on them to prevent them from entering every niche and triggering price wars. These factory sellers create their own accounts and sell at very low prices, disrupting the market. I’m sure almost 80% of sellers on Amazon are affected by this. They sell at such low prices that their factories in China barely make a profit, but by destroying the niche and driving many sellers out, they eventually raise their prices and dominate the market. Amazon itself does something similar by entering all the high-selling niches and initiating the same kind of price war. If this continues, no sellers besides them will remain in the future.
