Awesome review!! I bought one of those today and really looking forward trying it out on our lawn. Seems like a good well built and designed mower.

Thank you for your positive feedback! I'm glad you found the review helpful. It's great to hear that you've purchased the Amazon Basics 18 Inch 5 Blade Push Reel Lawn Mower. You're right, it does seem to be a well-built and designed mower for its price point. I hope you have a good experience with it on your lawn. If you have any questions about using or maintaining your new mower after you've had a chance to try it out, feel free to ask. I'd also be interested to hear about your experience with it once you've used it a few times. Enjoy your new mower!

@@EasyLawnMowing Well after a few times of cutting, im really happy with how ligt and easy it is to use it. I bought a shapening device for reelmowers and a can of some honingpaste for the day i need it. Thank you, im might get back later with questions! :-)

Surprised you called it a lawn. Would have thought you would have said garden. Either is fine and an excellent review, just what we needed. Thankyou.

Thanks for your comment - perhaps a UK - US term difference as in the US garden is yard, and garden is somewhere you grow flowers or veg and not a general term for the overall space. My understanding is that a lawn is an area of grass that is maintained and kept short. Thanks again. Marl

I grew up using one, and 50+ years later can well remember the sprigs left sticking up after a pass, and my futile efforts, not knowing what I was doing, to sharpen the blades. To me, it's the very symbol of growing up on a shoestring, and I wouldn't take one today if it was free.

Hi mark, found your channel recently loving the reviews. I need to buy a new mower & a mulcher but I'm old & sometimes lack energy & built like a starved leprechaun. 2 makes caught my eye lawnmaster & cobra corded. But I also came across a cheap lawnmaster hover that mulches. So not sure if this would be easier for me or would I be better to buy a bigger cut plus more power to get the job done quicker.

Hi. Thanks for your positive feedback. How big is your lawn? Would you have the budget to go for a small lightweight cordless model (around £250) or are you set on an electric model? I really like the LawnMaster 34cm cordless mower. It mulches as well as cut and collects and is a good quality, very reasonably priced for a cordless mower. easylawnmowing.co.uk/lawnmaster-cordless-lawn-mower-review/ Let me know. Thanks Mark

Budget not a problem (although I don't like to waste money if not necessary ) the easiest to push & quickest the problem, that's why I can't work out if a bigger cut & high power or a hover, it's not a large garden but I have to care for someone whom depends on me 24/7 for care so need get all jobs done pronto & save my energy. I always love the garden & gardening my respite but never ending . Just want to make my life easier & enjoy more, also like to keep active with out struggling.

Hi, Then I would go for the LawnMaster 34cm model or the Greenworks G40LM35K2 Review - 35cm mowers. I don't think the hover mower will be as easy as you find yourself moving the mower from side to side and this is not as easy as a lightweight cordless model.
