Please correct me if I’m wrong, 1.scan customers return qr Code 2.scan black bag bar code and kept item in the bag 3.scan label bar code and keep aside ,once we got few parcel then pack in box ,paste bar code and go for return proces which you’ve shown . 1. Questions do we have to use one bar code white label on one parcel and pack then return it or we can use in multiple parcel ,just pack togather with one label and return it 😵‍💫

Hi Farhan. Customer will bring their parcel with a QR code on their phone. We s click on “customer return” option from amazon hub menu Scan QR code from customer’s phone Bag the parcel and put customer return barcode on the bag and scan it on paypoint Paypoint will tell you if the parcel is going in box A or B(you should already have made boxes with barcodes on them there is another video about how to get the boxes ready) Put the parcel in box and scan the barcode on the box. That’s it. I’ll try to make this video next time In sha Allah.

One “customer return” barcode for one parcel only. You can’t reuse these barcodes.

Thanks , much appreciated mate, I thought in one box we have to keep many parcels until it get full , but it’s seems like one box for one parcel

No paul you can put many parcels in one box until it’s full but all parcels should have different barcode.
