Nice collection. I just purchased a Templar 250 from Amazon and I am pleasantly supprised. After watching many videos on KZbin about China bikes, I am amazed how smooth and powerful this bike is. It has the counter balance shaft and 6 speed. No vibration in the handle bars at all. Let's see how they hold up.

@@alexcandido4520 Well, the seat is kind of narrow, so the wider back there the less comfort. This bike goes in excess of 70 mph, but that is over 8000 rpm. I like mine around town, 55mpg.

Sweet bikes. They have a license built older Husqvarna frame, and a very good Honda clone engine. Probably the absolute pinnacle of Amazon dirt bikes.

Love the video thinking of buying the hawk 125. I am a beginner and this would be my first bike so I had a couple questions. The first being the speed. How fast is it?(does not need to be exact) And is the one on amazon right now the same bike? Also if you had to choose between the hawk 250 and 125 what would you choose? I will probably be using it to ride around the neighborhood. Thanks so much and keep doing vids love them!

I would get the 250 Hawk if I was you the 125s are loud and you will not have much room to grow in to it. Don't get me wrong they're both great bikes I have not had one yet that I did not like. For the price you can't go wrong with the 125s. But you can't ride them on the street. If you get the 250 you can get a license plate for it and legally write it on the street. 250 Chinese bike will be around the same power as a Japanese 125 maybe less. I think the 250 will be fine, he's right about the 125 not having room to grow, 100% agree 250 Chinese bike is a good starter

Chirt bikes are great except for the initial carb upgrade. For the price they are cool beaters. If you are going to really ride then it’s time for the real Red, Blue, yellow, or Kawasaki Green. Cool video!! My tiger 900 RP will eat these alive but my kid is going to love the x-pro 125 I just ordered him for a starter. Okay so what ADV/ sport tour bike do you have hiding over there? GS1200?

I buy the bikes on Amazon and review them so that people can understand what they are getting when they buy from Amazon. So far I have been pleased with everything I have bought from them but I am not a beginner rider.. Yes that is a BMW GS 1200. I have been riding since high school and if you have watched my videos you have some idea and how old I might be. I have been riding for quite a while. These videos are just for fun to let other people know what they are getting into if they're looking for a beginner bike. I hope you like your Xpro 125 . Great video! How tall is the xpro hawk?

The Hawk Pro Moto is 33" floor to seat the RFZ is a inch shorter at 32" my niece is about 55 and she thought it was a little bit tall so we put her on a coolster 125cc it is a good beginner bike if you start out in third gear, there is no clutch so it is just a centrifugal drive. The hawk 250 is a great fun bike if you want to go off road if you're just going to be riding on the street telling recommend the KPM

So far all of the bikes that I have bought from Amazon are still running great. I have not had any issues with them so far.

Understand that quality control will *definitely* vary. The bike’s KZbin reviewer’s get are going to be well looked over for defect’s and such. Not to say you can’t get a good bike but China knows what a PITA it is to return a bike off Amazon (what are going to do take it to KOHLS?) so you basically get what you get. I’m sure some part’s should be replaced. These bike’s are for the most part solid but they’re using 80’s dirt bike technology

The frame is a little bit different but other than that the bikes are pretty much the same. The engines and suspension seem to be identical.

It can be kind of tricky when you are ordering one of these, The biggest thing to watch is the tire size. There is a 17/14 which is the one I am shine in this video. there is a 14/12 that is a shorter smaller bike that might be better for you're 4' 10" son. It is still a 125 but just not as tall. I think the one that I'm showing in this video might be too tall so go fo the 14/12. I am 5 foot seven just to give you a reference if you want to watch the video again and see the smaller bike that I have you'll get a better idea. Did you change the carb on the Apollo? I heard that makes a huge difference with the torque on the bike.

They are both pretty close to being the same size. The Hawk seemed to have a softer suspension so it would sit down a little further when you sat on it.

I'm not 100% sure which bike you're referring to but the 125 17-14 is the taller bike, the 14-12 is the shorter one. I hope this helps thanks for watching

Is the xpro hawk a honda clone? And have you riden or been around the bashan brozz 250? It has been recommended as a honda clone and honda parts bolt right up. Thr brozz is more expensive than the xpro hawk at $1999 + $300 shipping costs. Or just skip the ccp chinese and get true Japanese? I can get a used 2019 yamaha xt25 $3k, 2019 kawasaki klx250, 2017 honda crf 250 $3250.

It comes with a certificate of origin, you register with the state for the import taxes and then you can take it to the DMV to get plates and tags. Hope this video is helpful thank you so much for watching.

How to you get the xpro hawk faster

The best way to do it is to change out the sprockets. You can definitely get a higher TopSpeed by doing that. I personally did not feel that I needed to because of the way that I was using the bike I did not need any faster speed. Thanks so much for watching.

@@426superbee4 try a used supermoto or adv bike, your mind will be blown. Harleys arent comfortable, reliable, fast, or good looking. Ive ridden all sorts, ive got a ktm 690 right now, rode 5 hours to Ocean city bike week at almost 100mph the whole way, now im riding it in the woods and over train tracks, then in the summer im taking it to the track again
