If you do not want your hair to thin: 1. Do not wear clip-ins daily. 2. Move where you put them they dont need to be in the exact same spot. 3. Do not sleep with clip ins in your hair, the clips are metal and they will quite literally rip your hair out. 4. Remove them from highest to lowest and detangle prior to removal.

Be careful with the clip-ins as well. Wearing them too much with the combs/clips in the same place will thin and break it in those spots, too. Change the placement if you wear them a lot.

You could also install them like a sew in with leave out in the front rather than the whole head

Hi I might be getting clip in hair extensions for camp. Could you please tell me if you think it's a good idea or not? I've never gotten hair extensions before and I don't want them falling out during summer camp. Also do I have to take the extensions out every night and bdgpre showers?
