Hello Alonso, I followed the exact instructions, but the call gets directed to ERROR at the get customer input stage... do you know if Amazon has changed anything as I followed your video exactly to the letter? Very frustrating experience.

Interesting, you may be right it may have changed, have you tried to enable logs? docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/about-contact-flow-logs.html
